Great product and service!

I ordered 2 packs of 3 CK boxers for a Christmas present on 20/12 which were delivered on 22/12.
I wrapped them without checking they were the correct ones - as he opened them on Christmas day, I realised that I'd been sent a pack that was very slightly different.
I messaged them on boxing day and offered to send a photo of the box and had a reply within a couple of hours.
They apologised for the problem with an attached return form for me to use.
Within a few days, the correct box was delivered here.
I would definitely buy from this company again.
